what does it mean when your temp assignment doesn't want you anymore? it feels sort of like being fired and yet not like being fired. i mean i'm still with my temp agency. i guess all things considered it's a blessing, because now i don't have to pretend to like or care about the assignment anymore... it's gone! poof! no more nausea-inducing building A/C, no more carpal-tunnel creating, eyesight-destroying paperwork... 8 hours a day, 5 days a week, and 6 days every other week. i was wondering how i was going to break it to them about the ergonomic issue, anyways. oh yeah, and no more stomach-churning cut-rate office coffee, which caused all of this today anyways. next! |
