3:00 AM: CD Mambo

i feel like my cds have been sneaking behind the high school to make out in between classes. surfing around, i discovered that nick cave had dated p.j. harvey for a while, and that when they'd broken up he'd written the boatman's call. at the same time, p.j. had written to bring you my love, which some people say shows a very strong nick cave influence. i have both those albums! i hadn't realized they were connected, yet both are among my favorites. to bring you my love especially, because i remember trent reznor mentioned once that it was his favorite album for a while. and of course i have all his stuff. ok, cds, break it up!
